Michael Kiley

MICHAEL KILEY (Sound Designer & Composer, he/him) is a Philadelphia based sound designer, composer, music director, performer and educator working in dance, theatre, and public installation. His collaborations include work with The Play Company, Faye Driscoll, The Acting Company, The Wilma Theatre, The Arden Theatre, Lightning Rod Special, luciana achugar, Pig Iron Theatre Company, Geoff Sobelle, Lars Jan, Nichole Canuso Dance Company, and Swim Pony. This is his Wooly Mammoth debut! His work has been touted as “essential sound design” by the Huffington Post, “mind-blowing original compositions” by Talkin’ Broadway, and “dramatic and beguiling” by the New York Times. Michael also teaches a voice practice of his own derivation entitled Personal Resonance, which he is publishing in book form early next year.
