Woolly Mammoth is proud to participate in International Women’s Voices Day, led by the Women’s Voices Theater Festival, which invites theater-makers around the globe to present readings of unproduced works by women playwrights in pursuit of global gender parity in theatre.

In partnership with Roundabout Theatre, Woolly will livestream Women in Theatre: Resetting the Stage, a panel addressing inequities in the theatre industry and inclusive pathways to creative leadership roles for next-generation artists. Moderated by Amy Sherman-Palladino (Gilmore Girls, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), the panel will feature some of New York's finest directors and brightest talents, including Margot Bordelon, Kathleen Marshall, Leigh Silverman, Rebecca Taichman, and Whitney White. Light refreshments will be provided.

Following the screening, Woolly Mammoth will host a one-night-only staged reading of Menstruation: A Period Piece by local playwright Miranda Rose Hall.
