About Tara Hoot:

Tara Hoot started her drag journey during the pandemic, so while you were buying sourdough bread starters, she bought 52 wigs and the rest is history! Through storytelling, songs, and one-woman shows, Tara’s mix of campy glamour and sincerity has won over audiences on the east coast and beyond. She uses her voice to bring joy during events and to bring visibility to the art of drag when it’s been under attack–whether at her shows or at the Kennedy Center.
