Our courtyard-style theatre features orchestra, boxes, and balcony seating for up to 265 with no chair situated more than 120 feet from the stage. 

Recommended for: Performances, panel discussions, presentations, and film screenings

Basic Technical Info: The theatre possesses full lighting, sound, and rigging capabilities (additional fees may apply). 

Our spectacular three-tiered lobby has received several architecture awards and features a magnificent light wall that wraps around the back of the theatre. Renovated in 2020, the lobby includes modern furniture, murals, a larger wrap-around catwalk, and more.  

Recommended for: Receptions, gatherings, toasts  

Size: 65’ x 22’ 

Occupancy: 300 (unseated, cocktail style)  

Basic Technical Info: Rental comes with access to concessions and merchandise counters, public restrooms/water fountains, and lobby furniture, including tables, chairs, and stools. The floor is a mix of carpet and concrete. Lighting and sound support are also available (additional fees may apply). 

Our flexible rehearsal hall features the amenities of a larger performance venue in a distinctly intimate space. 

Recommended for: Small-scale performances, rehearsals, large meetings, small receptions 

Size: 35’ x 43’ 

Occupancy: 100 

Basic Technical Info: The rehearsal hall can be set-up in several different configurations for performance. The floor is a sprung wood floor. Chairs and risers for 100, lighting instruments, and sound equipment are available (additional fees may apply).  

Renovated in 2023, the Workshop is an intimate multi-purpose space that features large windows facing out onto the lobby, moveable pipe-and drape, and a fixed lighting grid.  

Recommended for: Meetings, auditions, rehearsals, small-scale performances 

Size: 30’ x 22’ 

Occupancy: 50  

Basic Technical Info: The floor is vinyl made of vinyl wood planks. Lighting and sound capability chairs and tables are available (additional fees may apply).
