Born in Wiesbaden, Germany and raised all over the world, Raymond O. Caldwell (he/him/his) is an award-winning director, writer, and producer. He is committed to using theatre as a tool to transform communities, and has partnered and worked with artists, activists, non-profits and NGOs around the world. Otis Cortez Ramsey-Zöe (he/him/love) is a care worker, dramaturg, director, and Literary Manager at Arena Stage. He has developed new works at such institutions as South Coast Rep, Playwrights Center, Kennedy Center, National New Play Network, and Sundance Institute. He has held posts at Yale, Carnegie Mellon, Northeastern and Howard University.

Tony Thomas (Choreographer) is an award-nominated director, choreographer, and interior architect. His work has been seen at Arena Stage, Studio Theatre, Joe’s Movement Emporium, Imagination Stage, Mosaic Theater Company, as well as Constellation Theatre Company. In education, Tony has worked with numerous institutions and actively leads numerous privates, workshops and coaching circuits between New York, DC, and Los Angeles.
